Introduction
OnNextGens (website address: www.onnextgens.com) is owned by FairSights B.V. OnNextGens publishes an international newsletter, blog and website on the life, behaviour and choices of the youngest generations across the world. Please read and consent to this Privacy Policy as it applies to the processing of personal data of everyone using our services, visiting our website or being in contact with us.

During the processing of any data, we conform to the requirements of the applicable data protection legislation. This means we: (a) clearly specify our purposes before we process personal data, by using this Privacy Statement, (b) limit our collection of personal data to only the personal data needed for legitimate purposes, (c) first, ask for explicit permission to process your personal data in cases where your permission is required, (d) take appropriate security measures to protect your personal data and we demand the same from parties who process personal data on our behalf, and (e) respect your right to inspect, correct or delete your personal data held by us.

FairSights B.V. is the party responsible for all data processing. In this privacy statement, we will explain which personal data we collect and for which purposes. Process Personal Data
Registration. To subscribe to one of our newsletters or have access to our website requires you to register beforehand. You will have to provide some information about yourself and choose a username and password for the account that we will set up for you. For this purpose, we use your name and address details and email address. We do this on the basis of your consent. We store this information for one year after you closed your account. We will retain this data so that you do not have to re-enter it every time you visit our website, and in order to contact you in connection with the execution of the agreement, invoicing and payment, and to provide an overview of the products and services you have purchased from us.

Contact form. If you contact us via the contact form on this website, by mail or by telephone, FairSights processes the information that you provide. This concerns contact details (name, e-mail address, telephone number) and the reason why you contact us.

Analysis of website visitors. This site uses Google Analytics to analyse how visitors use our website via 'cookies' (text files placed on your computer). This also stores (part of) the IP address of visitors. For more information, see our Terms & Disclaimer.

Use Personal Data
Newsletter. FairSights uses you name and e-mailadress to send you our newsletters or contact you as a suscriber or our services.

Analysis of website visitors. The data FairSights collects about visitors to the website are only used to keep statistics about website visits. The data are stored in an anonymous form.

Security. We have taken appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against loss, abuse and unauthorised access by third parties. Moreover, we also oblige and select our ICT providers on the basis of the same security measures.

Share Personal Data
Data storage location. We are a Netherlands-based company and operate web servers hosted in The Netherlands. Our hosting provider Hostnet B.V. adheres to the EU ‘Privacy Shield’, ensuring that your data is securely stored and GDPR compliant.

E-mail service provider. When you register to our newsletter, your e-mail address will be stored by our e-mail service provider Mailchimp. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the link at the bottom of each newsletter. We will never use you e-mail address to contact you or send you any other mails than in relation to the newsletter itself.

Payment service providers. Except for the parties necessary to deliver the above mentioned services, we do not under any circumstance provide your personal data to other companies or organisations, unless we are required to do so by law (for example, when the police demands access to personal data in case of a suspected crime).

Manage your Personal Data
Within our portal, you can access a management environment where you can set, specify and change settings. We will keep track of your activities for proof. For this purpose, we use your name and address details and email address. We do this on the basis of your consent. We store this information until our services to you have ended.

We reserve the right to modify this statement. We recommend that you consult this statement on a regular basis, so that you remain informed of any changes.

Rights Interested Parties
All parties of which FairSights stores personal data have the following rights when it comes to their personal data:

  2. Right to rectification of personal data if these are inaccurate or incomplete.
  3. Right to object to processing and/or, in certain cases, the right to restrict it.

If you want to file a complaint about our use of personal data, please send an email with the details of your complaint to info@onnextgens.com. We will look into and respond to any complaint we receive. If you think that we are not helping you in the right way, you have the right to file a complaint at the authority.
