Use of Service
The service includes the newsletters, website and blog OnNextGens creates and curates. Any new features added to or augmenting the service are also subject to the Terms of Service (hereafter ‘Terms’). By using our service, you accept these Terms in full. If you disagree with these Terms or any part of these, you must not use them. Please read the Terms carefully before using the onNextGens service operated by FairSights B.V. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without giving you prior notice. Please check these Terms frequently for updates.
Subscriptions
By subscribing to our services you are agreeing to pay recurring periodic subscriptions for an indefinite time until cancelled by you. Subscriptions can be cancelled any time and cancellations go into effect once an already paid-for subscription period has ended. Subscriptions include 21% VAT, send an email to info@onnextgens.com if you want to receive a VAT invoice. All payments are securely made through the Stripe platform and you will be redirected to their website after selecting your preferred subscription option; none of the financial information you pass on to Stripe to make current and future payments will be visible to us. For any information on payments we refer to the Stripe platform.
OnNextGens is currently in the start-up phase, and our subscription pricing reflects this. As the number of posts and the overall value to users increase over time, the subscription price will also rise accordingly. We will announce any price increases well in advance, ensuring that existing subscriptions remain unaffected. Price increases will take effect immediately for new subscriptions and will be applied to existing subscribers upon their next renewal.

Access to certain areas of this website is restricted. OnNextGens reserves the right to restrict access to other areas of this website, or indeed this entire website, at OnNextGens’ discretion. If OnNextGens provides you with a user ID and password to enable you to access restricted areas of our website or other content or services, you must ensure that the user ID and password are kept confidential and not shared and used by others. OnNextGens may disable your user ID and password in OnNextGens’ sole discretion without notice or explanation.

Subscribers to OnNextGens’ services waive the right to suspend the fulfilment of any obligation arising from this agreement.

Without prejudice to OnNextGens’ other rights under these terms and conditions, if you breach these terms and conditions in any way, OnNextGens may take such action as OnNextGens deems appropriate to deal with the breach, including suspending your access to our service, prohibiting you from accessing the service, blocking computers using your IP address from accessing the service, contacting your internet service provider to request that they block your access to the service and/or bringing court proceedings against you.
Governing Law
Any claim related to OnNextGens’ service shall be governed by the laws of the Netherlands without regards to its conflict of law provisions.
